School improvement is a continuous process and the use of data-informed decision making will support leaders to leverage the interpreted data into knowledge to guide decisions and actions. Leaders should model effective use of data and provide structured time for teachers to participate in data dialogues to interpret the data and then make decisions for the next steps.
